just the sight of it soothe me and made me calm
when I was in pain or sorrow it made me happy
made me feel like I can grab anything into my palm

I thanked the lord for letting me meet you
and I thank you for just being there
you changed me even if you didn’t realize it, it’s true
that in this world someone like you is rare

The last time I saw you
on your face wasn’t a smile but hate
it pains me but there’s nothing I can do
because it felt like it was already too late

if it was my fault that your smile was taken
